The error in the cell is because the lower return value gives a profit of less than £10,000, so still profitable. I haven't had time to sort out the function yet.

I have just noticed the date format has not copied from Excel into GoogleDocs spreadsheet properly, so date is appearing as 2012 in some cells. Will amend on future spreadsheets.

This is a copy of the first spreadsheet I have designed. The formulae have not copied from Excel, so there is no functionality at the moment. Also had to guess at the Guide (PAV) for 2 of the properties.
